The new restaurant of the munich-based franchise Cotidiano is located at the heart of Stuttgart, right in front of city hall. We got assigned by the landlord Breuninger for the construction management of the structural execution.

It was our task to implement the requirements of the gastronomy into the existing building and to coordinate the outcome of these intersections. An efficient time scheduling and cost control as well as the securing of legal and regulatory terms were essential parts of our work.
