You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction as well as structural engineering? You are able to self-reliantly produce execution drawings and tender offers? You could already show your skills as an independent project manager?

Further qualifications:

• experience starting at work phase 5 execution planning

• reliable in cost and time planning 

• experienced in coordination with the public authorities

• reliable knowledge in fire and employment safety

• certain in construction and building-physical details

• well versed in award, tender and accounting (preferred program: Bauer Builtup)

• fluent in spoken and written German and Englisch 

• willingness to travel (national as well as international)

• capacity for teamwork

• CAD knowledge (preferably Vectorworks on macOS)
