As a young offshoot of the traditional department store Zinser, Department Z addresses above all a young and trend-oriented target group. For this reinterpretation of the department store, a contemporary concept could be developed in a full-scale project support across all service phases.

Contemporary materials such as black steel, industrial expanded metal and raw wood represent the en vogue spirit of the store and more specifically the target group. The modern appearance creates an authentic framework for a trend-oriented and fashionable shopping on about 1200sqm in the Department Z.
