The modernization of the fashion house Zinser was realized for the main building in Reutlingen. Comprehensive project support of the total conversion across all service phases made the optical symbiosis of the 4,000 square meters a homogeneous overall concept.

The reduction of the architectural means to the essentials represents a light and modern atmosphere. An independent color concept with sensitively nuanced color gradations for each floor as well as personalized wall designs give each floor a special character while at the same time belonging together. On the individual surfaces, a modern and product-related LED lighting technology, together with discreet shop components, creates the focus on the goods and a harmonious overall ambience.
